Where can I access the virtual event?

You will receive an access link via the email you used to register.

What time is the conference?

The conference will take place on Fri 7th - Sat 8th October 2022 from 10:00 – 16:00 UK Time .

You are free to re-join at any point if you need to drop off for a break.

Do I need to install any software?

The virtual conference is accessed via your internet browser. The system is optimised for Google Chrome.

How can I tell my friend/colleague/family member about the event?

If you direct them to www.healthcareers.live they will be able to register for a free ticket to attend the event.

What do I do if I have a question about the event?

Do I need to prepare to attend the virtual event?

We would recommend spending some time planning your schedule for the day and discovering what talks and workshops will be taking place across the conference. This will be available on the platform from 5th October 2022

Is there a dress code?

The Health Careers Live: National Health Careers Conference 2022 is delivered completely online. There is no requirement to be on camera during the event. Therefore, there is no dress code.

How do I ask questions during the conference?

During the conference, you will be able to submit questions via the Sli.do tab within each session on the right-hand panel. Our speakers may be using Sli.do to enable polling or participation during the session.

What if I miss a session?

All sessions will be recorded on the day and will be made available after the event, so you are able to re-watch and enjoy them in your own time.
